H! My name is Steph and I’m the founder of Collaborate. If you’ve found my page, you probably have a curiosity about personal growth, purpose, and service. Welcome!

After serving in the Peace Corps, I found myself drawn to the power of community and service. Over the years through career coaching and directing programs, I discovered my true gifting lies in helping teams grow, connect, and make a real impact. It wasn’t until a turning point in my career- when I felt stuck and disconnected-that I rediscovered the power of volunteering and how it even strengthened my professional life.

That’s how Collaborate was born- a way to bring together my love for team development, service, and community building. At Collaborate, we connect corporate teams to nonprofit service projects, where they can build stronger connections while making a difference in the community.
